About

Hello! Welcome to this site. Here you will find an archive of some of the poetry I perform most often and a catalogue of workshops I facilitate. I offer this sharing with tremendous gratitude to the artists, facilitators, activists, educators, mothers, and dreamers who have shown the world to me and taught me how to find meaning and magic. Thank you for spending a moment or two on this journey with me.

A little about me… I’m a person! Just doing my best and connecting the world in the particular way my life allows. I live and work on Turtle Island on the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee, the Anishinaabe, the Huron Wendat, and the Mississaugas of the Credit, also known as Canada. I am constantly learning from my Indigenous neighbors about giving thanks and being in good relations with the space I occupy. My time on this earth has been spent performing, teaching, laughing, travelling, learning, and trying.

It is my hope that through my engagement online, here and on social media, I can connect with community. I believe deeply that we have a lot to offer one another and there is something to learn and enjoy with most every encounter. Having said that, I also know this is the internet. Let’s be kind to one another and keep each other safe.

So look around! If you have questions, requests, ideas, opportunities, words that need sharing, or stories that need telling please contact me. I’ll be right here.
